How does the Instagram question feature helps in e-marketing?

Instagram’s new feature which is the questions in the stories helped public figures such as influencers and bloggers to get closer to their fans, which helped them in a way to market themselves or a certain brand or product through e-marketing.

However, many people are lately using it and they thought they could make bad comments before discovering users could see who was asking what.

Some funny comments on social media mentioned that a few people mistakenly believed that they are asking questions anonymously.

It’s true that if the person you’re sending a question to decides to share your question publicly, your username is removed. However, what is not made clear is that the recipient is still able to see your username.
