Megastores of Lebanon, known as Virgin megastore, was able to easily and cost-effectively move from manual application and approval process to an e-ticketing application through the use of ASP.Net Web Application, Web Services and powerful engine of Microsoft SQL Server 2008.
The ticketing system is a comprehensive ticketing management solution specifically designed to help large or small performing arts organizations, museums, zoos, aquariums and travel agencies to boost attendance and increase revenue. Visitors have the possibility to book online for their tickets by simply choosing the desired event and settle via online payment.
This platform is visited by thousands of visitors from all regions of the Middle East, with an average of more than 30 transactions per minute. Through the years, the dedicated system has expanded from a simple booking system to a whole e-commerce portal website providing a huge flexibility to visitors and administrators for an overall complete business solution.

Mideast Assistance International, a leading Lebanon-based travel insurance and assistance company, chooses Softimpact to be the analysis and development company for its enterprise solution. From an intranet application that handles claim processing and issuing with shares partitioning to posting to Softimpact ERP System, from a Business-to-Business online application to serve Mideast Assistance International agents all over the world, to another Business-to-Client application used as a gateway for agents websites to integrate with it, Softimpact analyzed, developed and deployed the complete solution within a timeframe of four months.
Softimpact Expert team has helped Mideast Assistance International to expand its business to more than five countries in less than one year which has opened doors to sectors that were still unknown and unfruitful prior to that moment.
Again, the road has been long and more modules have been implemented over the years to provide Mideast Assistance International a complete solution. One of the latest add-ons is the Call Center module that handles all Call Logging operations using smart algorithms. While analyzing this project, the target of our engineers was to facilitate the decision making cycle for the operator on duty. It took us couple of weeks to understand the business rules, yet couple of days to translate them into reality. Now operators and managers testify with the efficiency of our user friendly effective system. Motivation, organization, instant reporting, customer satisfaction, less traffic on the lines, all these were partial ideas that became reality...

|  | Presidency of the Lebanese Council of Ministers - The Project Administration Office
Support to the Implementation of the EU-Lebanon Association Agreement Project Administration office in The Presidency of the Lebanese Council of Ministers has chosen Cubix ERP developed by Softimpact to manage, analyze and report for all its operations on the twinned and funded projects for the Lebanese Ministries by the European Union.
The implementation of Cubix ERP helped the council and the European Union to simplify many of their large financial processes, to make it faster to process data, generate reporting and provide more time for analysis. Mainly, Cubix ERP manages the Presidency of the Lebanese Council of Ministers’ financials using General Ledger and Payables modules to control the international funds for Lebanon, mainly the Support to the Implementation of Reforms projects. Prior to the implementation of Cubix ERP, during our studies as consultants, it was notable that PCM had heavy loads in their financial processes workflow which lead them to uncertain figures nevertheless stress, wasted time and money.
Among the notable results expected and accomplished, we can note the following:
• Improvement in reporting for key people and decision makers: Many projects have more than one manager and need to be discussed with refined precision referring to specific and different controls and requirements. Within minutes, the most complex reports are now extracted providing a powerful arbiter visual tool.
• Minimal Errors: With our algorithms doing the calculations, errors chances became minimal. The software turned into an auditing tool that allowed users to control easily the phenomenal manipulated bulk of data.
• Better record keeping, filing and archiving: Thousands of transactions are now electronically stored with almost no physical size which replaced thousands of print outs on daily basis that used to fill desks with walls of papers. Vouchers, invoices, receipts, Checks, Statements… all are in a logical order and containing unbelievable details. At any moment, users can retrieve any document by searching the database which reduced the load of work to couple of seconds compared to the previous manual work that used to take hours and days. On the other hand, if a disaster strikes no worries about re-entering all the transactions – a simple restore system would resume the whole to its normal state.
• Saving Time: Instant reporting, , automated calculations, automatic posting of transactions, digital management, scheduled reminders… all these add-ons have reduced time consumption and lead to accelerate the performance of work.
• Saving Money : Even though there was the direct cost of the software, within couple of months the investment was cost-effective: key people were being able to monitor all the numbers on daily basis which means take wiser decisions. On the other side, users were motivated and their tasks became easier which means they had more time to accomplish other assigned duties: everyone was happy.

Victoire s.a.l., an insurance company based in Lebanon with more than 50 years of experience and lately became affiliated to Mednet Lebanon.
Victoire s.a.l. chose Softimpact to develop a tailor-made online application that links data from an old in-house Cobol application through Web Services and workout a B2B application solution.
The whole project was divided into 4 phases for an overall duration of 9 months to implement the complete web solution.
