Softimpact Implements VIP Loyalty Card to Provide Clients with Various Benefits

The VIP loyalty Program is a web application where users can enjoy a wide array of services. So, in order to activate VIP loyalty cards, clients have to have their serial number along with the pin code to have a direct assistance from the Bridgestone team with any puncture recovery. In addition to that, clients will enjoy free tire crossing every 10,000km or once per year accompanied with full tire and air pressure condition check-up once every month for the next two years.
Therefore, Softimpact has implemented the VIP loyalty cards and has provided Bridgestone with its expertise and state-of-the-art system in order to deliver to Bridgestone clients various benefits including defining dealers and patterns, creating and delivering loyalty cards to dealers, communicating with dealers, customizing emails and assigning loyalty cards to clients. In addition to that, Bridgestone aims at acquiring clients’ personal and vehicle information, submitting direct support tickets and threads, having multiple CMS user types with different roles along with managing, assigning and delivering available cards.
